Really enjoyed the Conflicts of Interest: Awareness, Bias, & Corruption. The people I met had diverse back grounds and had a lot of good information to share.
I really enjoy the sessions you get to meet and interact with colleges. I learned some good information I can take back to my company about what other organizations do and what the industry standard is, and maybe moving to.
Great discussions about disclosing conflicts. When someone should. How to make employees aware. What types of programs, and tools are available. For recording, and following up with documented conflicts.
I took part in this session last year and was able to implement annual conflicts of interest training. Got a few tips to take back this year. Hopefully, there will be a session next year.
