Monday started with a jam-packed presentation from Lisa Murtha. As expected there were many developments. Lisa was able to cover the topic very efficiently. Thereafter I attended the Bayh-Doyle presentation. This was particularly important to me as my institution is looking to have more involvement with federal funding. the presentation regarding MCA, IRB, and ICF was great. I have some ideas I want to discuss with our business manager to see how we can implement. Finally I attended a presentation developing and utilizing an electronic compliance database. This is a management system for compliance tasks. Very good insights and ideas to bring back to my institution. So far it continues to be a great conference.
