Inhale. Exhale. These are two ways to release trapped energy and focus on positive outcomes. During the SCCE Compliance and Ethics Institute we started the day off on a positive note by practicing yoga with a motivational instructor, Zeek Vincent. As Compliance and Ethics professionals, it is important that we stay focused, dedicated and inspiring to others in our organizations. The yoga sessions helped me to centralize my energy and clear my head for the long day ahead. I heard so many great speakers, met amazing Compliance and Ethics professionals and gleaned great insight on the best practices which I plan to implement in my organization. Staying nimble and flexible is important in yoga and Compliance and Ethics. Namaste.

  1. Thats great. Yes there are several ways in which these ancient arts can apply in todays world. Having come from the corporate world and now being teachers of these modalities, we can see clearly how they can enhance compliance.
