Not only is this my first trip to the HCCA, it’s also my first trip to Vegas! What better way to visit than to do it while learning so much about how to better our compliance processes and compliance!
I have learned so much this weekend! I knew about remaining compliant and the penalties that can come from not doing so, but I didn’t know or really think about all the different aspects to it! It’s fascinating and the instructors really pull you in and make you want to know more! I’m gearing up to take my compliance certification test once we return home. It will be very exciting to have all of us certified within our billing department!
