Cynthia Salisbury and I had a great time yesterday speaking about creating synergy between compliance, patient safety, risk and quality. The group we had during the session was extremely engaged. They really got into the break out sessions and had great questions for us that sparked further discussion. I think the CI is an amazing opportunity to get to meet others in the field and dialogue about relevant industry issues. Cynthia and I both really felt blessed to get to share our experience with the HCCA community. We will defiantly be back next year.
