You really have a broad group of industry thought leaders, practicing compliance professionals ready and willing to share their successes and pitfalls to avoid, and every vendor that operates in this space.
Today, former DOJ experts shared real world insight into FCPA enforcement actions, investigations techniques to get you the answers you need, and the safeguards to have to protect your company when conducting internal and government investigations. This was just a few sessions that interested me. There was also sessions on global data privacy, training, how to develop global ambassadors, risk assessment.
