The Compliance & Ethics Institute is something I look forward to ever year. Not only because of the great locations and hotels but because of the great speakers and content provided. In addition, I look forward to walking the exhibit hall floor and seeing what all of these great providers have to offer. The fun giveaways and activities are definitely an added bonus.
Once again, SCCE’s Compliance & Ethics Institute has provided some great speakers! I really enjoyed this morning’s keynote address by Francesca Gino. She brought up some great points about thinking differently in our everyday lives. Her research and examples she provided were eye-opening and memorable. In particular, I liked her video of the monkeys and how if one saw the other rewarded with grapes, he would get upset that he was only getting cucumbers. I also liked the way she involved the audience and showed us how we all think highly of ourselves even though it might not be the truth.
I’m really looking forward to other great speakers SCCE has put on the schedule and know this will be an insightful conference.
