Here’s What I’ve Learned…

So.. this is my first blog (EV-ER), but this is what I’ve learned in Vegas…

Being zapped with a red laser, multiple times, is good.

I’ve learned that I’m a tweener (a term I previously used to refer to my pre-pubescent daughter). For those who missed Cam Marston’s amazing speech, I’m between a Baby Boomer and a Gen Xer (so I like historical Kum-ba-yah stories??).

I’ve learned that continuing to show dinner guests my 19th place trophy from my third grade science fair is bad.

I’ve learned that my Monday morning Team Meeting is bad for half of my team and comforting for the other half, which means that I’m a heartless woman who wants everyone to find the same page (but I can’t find the book).

BUT, I also learned that littering is a really BAD thing but that Breaking Bad doesn’t necessarily involve drugs and that Civility in Compliance really does matter (thank you  Tucker Miller for your fabulous presentation).

And I learned that Roy Snell is so Social Media savvy that I need to be afraid.  Very, very afraid.
