Today is my first day at my first ever Compliance and Ethics conference. I am new to the Compliance world, having only been in a compliance role for about two months now. So far, I’m having a great time at the Compliance and Ethics Institute Conference, here in my home town of Chicago, Illinois. I come from an Operations background and it’s been very interesting and great learning experience moving into a compliance role. I love that I can use my education and experience in Operations and apply it to themes and concepts prevalent throughout the Compliance field. I’m very excited to keep learning and growing in my new Compliance role and am thrilled for the opportunity to jump start that by attending the Compliance and Ethics Institute Conference!
