This is my first experience with HCCA and Healthcare Enforcement Compliance Institute. The speakers at the pre-conference were fantastic. I love having speakers who have real world practice and applicability to the laws and policies being utilized by healthcare professionals.
The Healthcare Enforcement Compliance Institute has complied an excellent array of professionals to discuss these topics. As a lawyer in healthcare, being able to listen and converse with other attorneys and former attorneys, who are now in corporate compliance officers. The topics have been very valuable and useful. Anatomy of a False Claims Act Case: Investigation, Negotiation, Resolution was a panel presentation providing the False Claims Act case from the different perspectives of the players involved and was a phenomenal and interesting presentation. I can’t wait to see what else this conference has to offer.
