Jenelle Mason, CHPC, Director of Compliance at Sierra View Medical Center, recently shared with me how her organization is celebrating Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week this year.
Here are some of the ways they are celebrating to inspire your own festivities!
Hold a slogan contest for the compliance department
Coffee and Cocoa with Compliance (Information Security and Privacy Officer also participated). This event was held on Tuesday near the Cafeteria. Staff were provided with information, pens, scones, coffee, and cocoa during this 2-hour event.
Rounding with the Compliance Officer, Information Security Officer, and Privacy Officer – They handed out a bag filled with treats to each department.
On Friday, they awarded prizes for the Golden Ticket game, the Gifts Amiss game, and the Slogan contest.
