This is my second year and I am enjoying it as much, if not more, than the first year.

I learned a lot about millennials , so much so that I have already arranged a discussion session with the millennials that work for me as well as sharing the content and information from the motivational talk from Professor Atkins.

I learned that its good to ask the question – “What is your definition of Compliance and Ethics?” as it means different things to different people and only when you understand their definition can you have that meaningful discussion.

I learned that I may be on the right track after all, its not an isolated world out there. Other people have similar issues and some people have great ideas.

I learned that there are some great catch phrases ”How far can you cast your shadow?” being the one I take home with me this trip.

I learned that no matter how busy I am, there is NO SUBSTITUTE for standing next to someone who has the same beliefs and values you have and that you can share experiences, life lessons and possible solutions for. I will run out of space but overall ……….. I learned.

See you next year.
