Whether in the halls between sessions, within the Exhibit Hall, or at one of the many networking opportunities available at the CEI, you can feel the energy.
It’s in the sharing. People are sharing some of the challenges that we all encounter despite whatever industry or type of organization we work in. For example;
– How do you make training more engaging;
– What can we do to send a message that compliance is important;
– What are ways we can work with other leaders to promote compliance?
It doesn’t matter if you are a department of 1 or 1 doze, or more…we all share common interests that bring us all together. So is it any surprise why attendees are so full of energy and eagerness?
To be surrounded by colleagues and by people who can genuinely related to what you are doing day in and day out, there is just something can revive the spark that we all have that keeps us fighting the good fight or not allowing is to lose heart in staying the course and working hard to keep promoting the message of compliance, even if we are the only voice in the room that may be trying to send the message that everyone needs to hear.
Thanks to everyone, you’ made the CEI a memorable experience.
