This is my tenth year at HCCA’s Health Care Compliance Institute and every year I learn something new. Sometimes the information addresses a “hot” area I want to learn more about, sometimes it is a new interpretation of a regulation, other times it is “best practices” in place at other institutions. And I always get so many takeaways that can be applied when I return to my setting.
This conference always invigorates me and gets me more excited about health care compliance and “doing the right thing.” I have met colleagues from other healthcare organizations and the relationships I’ve gained here have led to career development and advancement. Always something I look forward to and it honestly is the best way to keep our profession current and ahead of the curve. Thanks to the great HCCA staff who always do it the best!
